Independence Day Celebration

A grand ceremony was held at CMIT College, Mundial Chowk, Talagang on the occasion of Independence Day. CMIT College Mundial Chowk organized a grand celebration of Independence Day in which a large number of parents including teachers and students participated. The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Naheed Larib and Sania received the blessings while speeches and songs were presented on the occasion of Independence Day.

Addressing the students on the occasion, Principal CMIT Shabir Ahmed Yousuf: Dear country Pakistan, our elders have achieved with great sacrifices and tireless hard work and struggle and they have sacrificed their lives to liberate us, so this country is dear to us and we love it. Everyone should play their role in the construction and development of this nation. It is a fact that this is the homeland, so we are, and because of this dear homeland, we have the blessing of freedom for which we should be as grateful. At the end of the ceremony, a cake was cut on the occasion of Independence Day, and prayers were offered for the security and prosperity of Pakistan.
